The Salt Lake City Mayors Office of Diversity and Human Rights (ODHR) and the Salt Lake City Human Rights Commission are excited to host the 2015 Human Rights Day Celebration The Celebration commemorates December 10, 1948 when the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights Salt Lake Citys celebration is a fundraiser for the Human Rights Education Project (HREP), a program designed to educate Salt Lake City refugees and immigrants about their legal rights and responsibilities in the US Tickets to the event include hors d'oeuvres from 4 Truck Catering, a silent auction, music by the Latin Jazz Factory All Stars, dance by Island Traditions, and the presentation of the 2015 Human Rights Award
