Kids, join us for "Carnival of the Animals," an awesome Summer Choral Institute Young Choral Artists summer camp! In this session, children going into grades K-3 will rehearse and perform with Nancy Hopkin, certified Kodaly specialist Enjoy animal songs from A to Z in this camp designed for fun, learning, and musical adventures! Instruction includes: rhythm and Orff instruments, whole-body movement, art, and Kodaly instruction, as we explore Saint-Saens' beloved work Classes 9-12 noon on M-F and all day Saturday, held at the McGillis School, 668 S 1300 E, SLC See our other entries for weekend choir sessions--Music of the Stage and Screen, John Rutter's "Requiem," Music from Around the World, and I Love to Laugh--as well as for a conducting workshop, a high school choir retreat, and two children's music camps
