Clearfield Community Arts Center announces auditions for Rodgers and Hammerstein's "The Sound of Music" The show runs June 27, 28, 30 & July 1-2 at Clearfield High School Richie Uminski will direct, Anna Marie Byers will provide the choreography, Johnny Aird will be the music director and Marie Maxfield will conduct the orchestra Bring any conflicts from April 23 - July 2, a long with a head shot and resume to auditions Callbacks will be by invitation Monday, April 21 The first cast meeting/rehearsal is Wednesday, April 23 Auditions are open for those 5 years and older A parent/guardian must be at all rehearsals/performances for children 12 and younger Come prepared to sing 30 seconds of a traditional musical theatre song Please no A Capella singing or singing to prerecorded music An accompanist will be provided
