Then work off a few calories with a fun beginning salsa dance class with an instructor from DF Dance Studio starting at 7:30pm There will be vegitarian and non-vegitarian categories for the enchiladas, and one over all salsa winner Fill your belly and put a little groove in your night under the beautiful starry Wasatch sky Bring a date, bring your family, bring your friends and come enjoy the cool mountain air
